Stock and Purchasing Administrator
Description
This very respected local organisation requires an efficient and hard-working Stock and Purchasing Administrator to join their existing team and contribute towards their ongoing success.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Assisting with the day to day running of the stores, purchasing and trade sales function
- - Managing the day to day control of stock movement and maintaining accurate stock records
- - Placing orders with nominated Suppliers for new stock as required and tracking deliveries
- - Receiving goods from suppliers, cross referencing against delivery note and booking stock onto system
- - Putting parts away in the correct location in the Stores and updating stock records appropriately
- - Dealing with trade sales customers and liaising with Accounts Department regarding payments
