Some of your duties will include:

• - Providing support and assistance with all areas of sales order processing
• - Managing client calls and providing information and guidance on products provided
• - Dealing with sales orders received and checking up details on computer system
• - Providing accurate price and delivery information and providing pro-forma invoices
• - Liaising with the warehouse/despatch team and freight forwarders to arrange deliveries
• - Updating customers on order sales and advising on out-of-stock lines
