Some of your duties will include:

• - Assisting with sourcing bespoke accommodation, hotels, apartments and flights for VIP’s
• - Working on behalf of multi-national corporations and ‘A’ list clients from the entertainment industry
• - Taking briefs and instructions from clients and researching potential accommodation options
• - Making initial contact with hotels and gathering information on rooms, rates and amenities
• - Sourcing accommodation in UK, throughout Europe and the USA on behalf of clients
• - Compiling reports and information on accommodation and preparing presentations for clients
