Hospitality Co-ordinator
Description
A professional and ambitious Hospitality Co-ordinator is required to join this very prestigious organisation, if you are interested in working with ‘famous people’ this is this the perfect role for you.
Some of your duties will include:
- - Assisting with sourcing bespoke accommodation, hotels, apartments and flights for VIP’s
- - Working on behalf of multi-national corporations and ‘A’ list clients from the entertainment industry
- - Taking briefs and instructions from clients and researching potential accommodation options
- - Making initial contact with hotels and gathering information on rooms, rates and amenities
- - Sourcing accommodation in UK, throughout Europe and the USA on behalf of clients
- - Compiling reports and information on accommodation and preparing presentations for clients
